Rockland is a good ride from Reading... and obviously there are dealerships closer.. but we have ZERO regrets working with Rockland BMW. To address driver assist not working. It wasn’t fixed, within one hour of leaving the same message popped up and again no driver assist. They kept my car over night and gave it back covered in pollen. (I garage my car always). The attendant said, oh sorry for the pollen. Anyone back to the shop again tomorrow. Hoping for a better outcome.

General Manager Avery Trumbo runs a very tight ship while also setting the tone for a friendly, accommodating and professional atmosphere. Service Advisor Matt Egger is very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a very reliable and trustworthy outfit.

Last week had my wife’s BMW at the service department for airbag inspection, after sitting for 2h in the waiting area, I was able to take the car back and go home. On the way I’ve discovered that all radio stations on the iDrive screen were bouncing up and down. I came back, let the service advisor know and they took the car back to investigate it. Another great experience at BMW Rockland. Andrew is a great service advisor and had my car in and out and just over four hours.
I met with a salesperson, his name was Svet, and he showed me different options for buying a new BMW. After talking to him I ordered a new car. When the new car came in I met with Svet again and he took care of everything. Because of Svet buying a car from the dealership was stress free.

They create fake reviews of their business to counter the true bad ones. I noticed them slipping and using names similar to their salesman. Please trust yourself over what you see online about this dealership. Make sure you have the terms down before agreeing to anything. Their finance managers are ultra scammy and will agree to what you just said and throw in a hidden package you did not agree on. Read what you sign.
I had a recall on my car and had some minor service. Everyone was great from start to finish.

Nice clean and accommodating facility Sales Rep Caron Stone very personable and attentive Vehicle was nicely detailed upon delivery. However there is a very weak link with this Dealership I took delivery 01/07 no paperwork registration or MA Inspection Sticker It wasn’t until three days later I get a copy of the registration and I was able to get an inspection sticker at my cost It’s now 01/17 I still don’t have any paperwork, No purchase agreement extended warranty No extended warranty agreement No loan contract including payment amount or when due. Nothing!
Brakes issue on a Friday afternoon. Got me in at 2:30, fixed and back on the road for my weekend trip . Oh, they were able to wash it as well.

I’m extremely grateful to the BMW service team for their honesty and professionalism. I brought in a used BMW I was considering purchasing for a pre-purchase inspection. Although the car initially appeared to be in good condition and even had a clean CARFAX report, the inspection revealed multiple serious issues, including several major oil and coolant leaks. They essentially saved me from buying a car that would have cost me over $11,000 in repairs.

Terrible. Purchased $6k Platinum extended warranty, and its worthless. Tech ID’d cracked seals and recommended getting fixed “before leaking”…. Makes sense….. BUT extended warranty doesn’t cover unless “leaking” what a scam.
Dave was amazing. I did not feel like I was pressured at all and that was the most important part. After the finance part he was available for everything we needed!

I wish I had been told about the wire insulation being soy. I bought the extended warranty for this exact reason, in case rodents bit through wires. It happened, and now I’m told that warranty doesn’t cover rodents though I explicitly asked when I bought the warranty. Very dissatisfied by being mislead. Before you buy a new car, ask about the soy wire insulation. And stay far away from them if you park where rodents roam.
