Service writer was very good. Only issue I had was they filled the air in my tires to specifications based on the summer tires and my winter tires where the ones I drive in on. I have to drop each tire 5 psi when I got home to get to recommended level for the winter tires

Wonderful experience with our salesperson, Hunter Leighton at BMW. He gets 5 stars. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, personable. However, Jason the finance guy gets 2 stars. He tried to pull a fast one with my already agreed upon financing and refused to let me put down as much as I wanted and had already discussed with Hunter. Jason finally conceded when I adamantly refused to settle. He came extremely close to losing the sale to the Mercedes dealership down the street. If there are other options at the BMW dealership as it relates to financing, find them and avoid Jason.

They are located quite far from my home but I don't ming driving over there as they provide great service!
People are very nice and they do quality work . But the waiting time was not good I went in there at 9:30 and did not get out till 12:30 and that was for an oil change.

This was my first interaction with BMW Rockland - and I am very pleased. I was previously a 20 year and 3 vehicle customer of Herb Chambers Boston. Tried Rockland after unsatisfactory experience at Herb Chambers - where I had tried 3 times, unsuccessfully, to test drive a vehicle selected. I recommend Rockland over Herb Chambers.

I always enjoy the positive attitudes of the staff in service as well as sales. The only concern I have is it seems many functions have been affected or changed at pickup. So far the main issue I have is my music selection has been totally changed. I can’t seem to find my ‘favorites' only the several albums. I might suggest that all the x5 operating systems be retuned to what they were when I brought it in. This may seem minor but it’s important to me. Thank you.

Prior to coming BMW of Rockland I went to BMW of Norwood to look at an X5. In Norwood if you are buying a used vehicle they direct you to a building off to the right, when you walk in it's feels like you're purposely made to know that you don't belong on the left side, where the new car buyers are. I asked to look at the X5 first then asked to look at a Porsche Cayenne, and the salesman's response was the Cayenne is more money. I could have bought either vehicle. Luckily, a ...

Couldn't have been happier with my service. I scheduled an appointment to have some recalls on my car completed, upon arriving I was told that they had ordered all parts needed and would have my car completed by Monday EOD, to my surprise my advisor Joell called me Saturday afternoon to let me know the vehicle was completed early and was ready for pickup.

I took my BMX X5 to replace the windshield and look for an issue smell of exhaustion fumes inside the cabine. Matt, the service advisor was great! He was very through about the work to be done, and made sure they find the issue. He kept me informed during the entire process, and the issue with fumes was completely fixed.
