Nobody seemed interested in anything about me, who I was, my car, or whether I even had an appointment when I got there. Technician jeremy was real good and the only reason i come to this dealership is because of him and the advisor elena made it difficult for me to choose him because he worked next door even though they are the same company. She rushed me to return a loaner when i asked if i can bring it back a few hours later because of my work schedule she said it wasnt ok. This was frustrating because i thought bmw looked out for their customers and i dont feel like its worth going there anymore.

I have been a loyal BMW customer since 2018 and have serviced my vehicle only at authorized BMW dealerships and have never encountered such unscrupulous business practice at any BMW dealership before.
My BMW 540i PCV malfunctioned over the weekend (specifically the rubber diaphragm had a tear w/ consequent whistling sound and gray-white smoke from exhaust). I looked up this issue online and found that BMW has issued a very specific service bulletin for this exact problem in 2023 w/ warranty extension.

The service team is attentive and trustworthy. However, they missed, thus far the diagnoses on my mini while my ex hacked the Mini Connect, the old school one. They kept telling me it isn't so but it really was and they assisted him in making my life a living hell.

I tried getting into my usual BMW dealership for service and they couldn’t get me in for 3 weeks for new tires. I got a nail and was losing air. I called Rockland BMW and Andrew called back within 10 minutes, said he had the tires I needed and they couldn’t be installed TODAY!!! Had both ceramic coating and interior detailing done on my 2025 BMW X6 at BMW of Rockland, and I couldn’t be happier.
